Alte Schmiede is our Casual Dining Restaurant. This cozy restaurant’s name is “ Old Blacksmith.” It still has the original iron door and blacksmith equipment from 1608 when the overnight guests had their horses shoed in this room. The menu features local and traditional Black Forest dishes.
